SMS & Messaging Consent
Vortoc does not send marketing text messages to persons appearing in public-record-derived data, and a Vortoc Lead never constitutes consent to be texted.
Where a person submits a form on a Vortoc website and affirmatively checks the consent box, that consent is recorded with the exact disclosure text shown, its version, the date and time, and the channel it covers. That record is archived immutably and survives deletion of the related record, so the evidence of what a person agreed to is always reproducible.
Consent is specific. It covers the party named in the disclosure, the purpose stated, and the channel stated. It does not extend to another seller, another purpose, or another channel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop messages, reply STOP to any message or email [email protected]. A revocation is logged at intake, applied without avoidable delay, and propagated so it cannot be undone by later ingestion. Consent may be withdrawn at any time and withdrawal is free.
Customers who use Vortoc data for text messaging are the sender for every legal purpose and must independently satisfy the TCPA, state mini-TCPA laws, and carrier requirements. See the TCPA, Telemarketing & Do-Not-Call Policy.
