What Vortoc data is

Vortoc compiles data intelligence from sources that may include publicly accessible court, property, recorder, tax, probate, corporate, licensing, and governmental records; lawful open-data portals; licensed commercial datasets; authorized service providers; Customer-supplied information; and derived matching or analytical outputs.

Data may be copied from a record, standardized, matched, deduplicated, categorized, enriched, scored, inferred, or updated. "Public-record-derived" does not mean every field is shown in the original record, that the government created or endorses the Vortoc product, or that the record is free of legal restrictions.

What it is not

A record-based Lead is not evidence of consumer interest, consent, eligibility, wrongdoing, financial status, legal advice needs, or a completed event. Filings may be allegations, may be amended or dismissed, and may concern persons with similar names. Probate and property records may identify representatives, attorneys, heirs, former owners, or other non-target roles.

Source governance

Vortoc's source-review process assesses source authority, access method, terms, permitted uses, data categories, geography, update cycle, reliability, suppression mechanics, and legal restrictions. Vortoc may reject, restrict, or discontinue a source. Vortoc respects published rate limits and backs off when a source signals it. Vortoc does not scrape around technical controls or use credentials without authorization, and each collection process carries a documented permissible purpose.

Corrections and provenance

Data Subjects may submit a correction, suppression, or source inquiry by emailing [email protected]. Include enough information to locate the record, but do not send unnecessary sensitive documents by ordinary email. Vortoc may preserve the source fact while correcting a derived field, adding context, restricting distribution, or suppressing the record as appropriate. Government-source corrections may need to be made with the originating agency.

Short form

Vortoc provides independent data intelligence derived from public records and other lawful sources. A Vortoc lead is not a consumer inquiry, referral, or consent to contact unless expressly labeled otherwise with supporting consent evidence.
