This Notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Vortoc website and platform, and how you can control them.

1. Categories

Strictly necessary technologies keep a session active, authenticate a user, protect against request forgery, remember a language choice, and support security and load balancing. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service.

Functional technologies remember interface preferences, such as a saved view or a language selection.

Analytics technologies measure page views, feature usage, and errors in aggregate so Vortoc can find broken paths and improve the site.

Advertising or targeting technologies are used only where separately disclosed in the consent tool and only after consent where consent is required.

2. Your controls

Where consent is required in your jurisdiction, nonessential technologies do not activate before you give it, and the consent tool lets you change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

Vortoc honors legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable.

3. Third parties

Some technologies are set by providers acting on Vortoc's behalf for hosting, security, error monitoring, and analytics, and may process the data only for the purposes Vortoc specifies.
